The LAUSD Board of Education passed the LAUSD Whistleblower Protection Policy on February 12th, 2002. The Whistleblower Policy protects District employees who make allegations of improper governmental activity from retaliation or reprisal from the District.

A Complaint must be filed within 12 months of the alleged act or threat of retaliation or similar acts.
